At Shalom Rescue Foundation, we believe that every person—no matter their background, age, or circumstance—deserves to live in safety, dignity, and hope. Our mission is to protect, support, empower, and advocate for the most vulnerable among us: underprivileged children, struggling families, disadvantaged adults, underserved elderly, survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, and at-risk youth.

Message From The Founder
Dear Friends,
When I founded Shalom Rescue Foundation, it was not just the beginning of an organization—it was the birth of a calling. A calling to stand in the gap for those who have been forgotten, silenced, or cast aside by society. A calling to restore hope where there is despair, dignity where there is shame, and purpose where there is pain.
This journey began with a deep conviction: every person matters. Every child abandoned, every mother fleeing violence, every elderly person alone, every young person at risk—each one carries within them a story worth saving, a future worth fighting for.
I have seen firsthand what happens when someone believes in you—when someone offers a hand instead of turning away. And I have also seen the heartbreak of injustice: the cycles of poverty, abuse, and neglect that trap so many in silence and suffering. Shalom Rescue Foundation exists to break those cycles.
Our mission is bold but simple: to protect, support, empower, and advocate for the most vulnerable. Through holistic programs—education, trauma care, shelter, vocational training, family support, and advocacy—we are not only meeting urgent needs; we are building lives and lifting voices.
Message From Founder
Be a voice for Justice and breaking the silence for survivors of abuse is on all of us, not just on the survivors. We need to break the silence of societies, communities and institutions that allow sexual violence to happen and victims to remain silent. We need to make the invisible visible. It’s time to change the things we cannot accept. It is devastating that most sexual abuse begins in childhood. These survivors are our children, loved ones, coworkers, and members of our family.
One of the most important efforts of SRF has been the awareness campaigns for abuse Against Children. Sexual abuse is one of the largest pandemics of our time. SRF commits its resources to address issues of global, social, and environmental concern, particularly those that have a major impact on the lives of the disadvantaged.

Help & Support
We provide counseling, advocacy, mentoring, case management, and in-home services to children and young people who have experienced sexual assault, prostitution, neglect, or homelessness.
Education
Our organization is committed to providing vocational training, scholarships, and livelihood support to children and young people to help them build better futures for themselves.
Save lives
We aim to save lives by providing prevention and intervention programs, adoption and foster services, and treatment programs to children and young people in need. We also provide life's necessities to ensure that the children we care for have the basic resources they need to survive and thrive.
